CPAC meets in Hungary this week

Today is the first day of CPAC, the Conservative Political Action Conference, and this year it’s taking place in Hungary. Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban will be the keynote speaker. But why is the conference taking place in Hungary and what does it say about American politics?
