Armed clashes rock Libyan capital Tripoli

Armed clashes between rival groups erupted on Tuesday in Libya’s capital. The clashes occurred when an armed group backing a rival prime minister tried to take power in Tripoli. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Emadeddin Badi, a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Middle East Initiatives, about the factors behind the fighting and the challenges Libya faces toward establishing a unity government.
