IOC announces new framework for including transgender and intersex athletes in sport

The International Olympic Committee announced a new framework for transgender and intersex athletes this week. In part, the guidelines say no athlete has an inherent advantage just because of their physical appearance, gender identity or if they are intersex. The guidelines also move away from using testosterone levels alone to determine eligibility. Host Marco Werman talks to The World’s Bianca Hillier.
