The Biden administration announced on Wednesday that it will lift travel restrictions at the Canadian and Mexican borders to tourists, shoppers and casual visitors who can show proof of vaccination. That means a boost for business on the Mexican side of the border, as more people are free to drive into Mexico as they did prepandemic. Host Marco Werman speaks with Sofia Soto of La Rodadora, a science museum popular with families in Ciudad Juárez and with visitors from across the border in El Paso, about what the reopening represents.
