Iraq elections: Low turnout and disputed returns

Iraq’s parliamentary elections are over, and more than 90% of the votes have been counted. So far, the political party of a prominent Shiite cleric, Moqtada al-Sadr, has secured the most seats. Turnout was a record low and the losing factions are already disputing the results. The World’s Shirin Jaafari reports.
