Decades ago, rich and poor Cubans regularly lined up together to sample the island's best ice cream from Coppelia, a Havana landmark that offered dairy treats at a highly subsidized price. Now, the select few can enjoy a pint of Nestle and top-shelf gelato. Author Richard Feinberg tells host Marco Werman how Cuba's changing demographics are at play in the emerging ice cream market.
