India plans to replace annoying car horns with soothing music

India's Transport Minister, Nitin Gadkari, hates the sound of car horns, and the blare of sirens from ambulances and police cars.  He is working on a new law that will replace them with the sounds of Indian musical instruments — tablas, violin, flute, the mouth organ and the harmonium. The World's Marco Werman imagines what traffic might sound like if the law is passed.
