The Democratic Republic of Congo is moving to lift a nearly 20-year-old moratorium on industrial logging in its rainforest. Dozens of environmental activists are sounding the alarm on how this could impact the forest and the world's efforts to address climate change. The DR Congo rainforest is the second-largest in the world after the Amazon. The World's Halima Gikandi reports.
