Landsat 9 launches

NASA has launched the newest version of its satellite that has been keeping meticulous track of changes to the Earth’s surface for 50 years. NASA’s Josh Willis explains to Marco Werman the value of that historical data, and why Landsat still matters in an era when space is jammed with satellites of all kinds.
