Cars lined up at petrol stations in the UK over the weekend as rumors flew about an imminent fuel shortage. The government tried to ease concerns by telling the public not to panic. But it didn’t work. The problem comes from a perfect storm of the pandemic and Brexit. Andrew Connelly reports.
