Recognizing the Taliban (or not)

It’s been a month since the Taliban took over Afghanistan and they have even announced an interim government. But so far, no nation has recognized them as the official government of Afghanistan. What are some of the calculations that countries are making, and what’s at stake for the Taliban and the people of Afghanistan? The World’s Shirin Jaafari reports.
