UK chef helps amateur bakers cook without the book

Cookbook sales have soared around the world over the past year. Market analysts tracked a 145% increase in bread cookbook sales alone. But traditional cookbooks can be expensive, cumbersome and inaccessible to some home bakers. That's why Ruby Tandoh, a London-based chef, is helping folks cook without the book through an audio guide called "Breaking Eggs." The World’s Bianca Hillier has the story.
