Taliban announce inclusive, Islamic government

At a press conference in Kabul, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid announced the insurgent group’s intentions to form an “Islamic and inclusive” government in Afghanistan. What that government actually looks like remains to be seen, however. The World’s Carol Hills spoke with Asfandyar Mir, an expert with the Center for International Security at Stanford University, about how the Taliban will transform from a battle-hardened insurgent group to a governing body.
