Will Mexico’s first-ever voter referendum address corruption or will it advance the president’s interests?

Mexico will hold its first official voter referendum this weekend. President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador says it’s about addressing one of the country’s biggest ailments: corruption. Many believe it’s about the president’s political advancement. The World’s Jorge Valencia reports from Mexico City.
