Nord Stream 2 is a massive offshore pipeline that's been in the works since 2011. The goal is to transport natural gas directly from Russia to Germany. Host Marco Werman talks with Yuval Weber, an assistant professor at Texas A&M's Bush School of Government and Public Service.
