Hungary’s Aida Mohamed to become 14th woman in history to compete in 7th Olympic Games

Tomorrow, after a one-year delay, the summer Olympics will finally begin in Tokyo, Japan. There will be many restrictions, however. Athletes will be tested for COVID-19 frequently, and fans won’t be allowed to attend the actual events. For many athletes, this will be their first Olympic Games. For others, though, this will certainly not be their first rodeo. Hungary’s Aida Mohamed is taking part in her 7th Olympic Games. She’s a fencer, and her first time attending the Olympics was in Atlanta back in 1996. Host Marco Werman speaks with Aida Mohamed, who joins him from Tokyo, Japan.
