South Sudan marks a troubled 10 years 

On Friday, people in South Sudan marked their 10th anniversary as the world’s youngest country. But the celebration was muted. As reporter David Lomuria tells host Marco Werman, South Sudanese are dealing with political turmoil, a mismanaged pandemic and a soaring humanitarian crisis.
