As emergency rooms fill with COVID cases, commerce returns to Colombia 

Colombia is currently struggling to control a COVID-19 surge propelled by new variants. But there’s an added problem: people can no longer afford to stay homebound. Manuel Rueda reports from Bogotá that the country has given up on lockdowns, and nightclubs and businesses are finally reopening.
