GB News promises to cover the stories that really matter to British people and not be “another echo chamber for the metropolitan mindset.” The channel’s main investors include US Discovery and a Dubai-based investment fund. Some observers are already calling it Britain’s answer to Fox News. But just 10 days in and numerous technical slip-ups and on-air mishaps have been attracting more attention than the station’s political agenda. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry reports.
