Will the Putin-Biden meeting change US-Russia relations?

US-Russia relations over the years have been defined by altercation and disagreement. After Wednesday’s summit meeting in Geneva, both President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed a desire to turn the page, and improve relations between the two countries. Putin said that Biden is an experienced leader and that the discussion was productive. That doesn’t mean though that the summit led to any significant breakthroughs. Host Marco Werman speaks with Alina Polyakova, the president and CEO of CEPA, the Center for European Policy Analysis, and Maxim Suchkov, the director of the Center for Advanced American Studies at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
