Humanitarian aid to northwest Syria hinges on Russia vote at UN

An upcoming vote in the UN security council could upend crucial humanitarian aid for millions of people in northwest Syria. Russia, a supporter of Bashar al-Assad, has veto power and has used it in the past to restrict aid. It could close off all access.
