US Supreme Court rules some TPS holders can’t apply for green cards

The US Supreme Court announced Monday some people with temporary protected status — or TPS — can’t apply for a green card without leaving the country first. The World’s Marco Werman talks to Oscar Chacón, executive director at Alianza Americas, an immigrant rights group.
