VP Harris reaches out to Guatemala 

When Vice President Kamala Harris travels to Central America next week she hopes to solidify a partnership with Guatemala’s conservative government. But working alongside that country’s top officials won’t be easy, according to Claudia Escobar. The former judge tells The World’s Marco Werman why so many anti-corruption crusaders have had to flee Guatemala in recent years.
