Ever since Myanmar’s army seized power in a coup four months ago, the country has descended into terror. Police and troops are kicking in doors, arresting thousands of dissenters. They have also gunned down more than 800 civilians, many of them simply for speaking out against the coup. The World’s Patrick Winn reports many protesters are fed up with peace marches — and are ready to fight back. Members of the pro-democracy movement are training with Indigenous guerrillas in the mountains. They intend to bring the armed struggle to towns and cities across the country.
