Police reform becomes a sticking point in Colombia protests 

It’s been a month since anti-government protests began in Colombia, and more than 40 people have been killed in clashes with the police. Now protesters say that one of their main goals is to put an end to police violence, which has been a long-standing concern in Colombia. Manuel Rueda reports from the city of Cali, which has staged some of the most intense protests.
