Human rights groups concerned about detained Cuban dissident artist

Cuban dissident performance artist Luis Manuel Otero Alcántara has been named a prisoner of conscience. Cuban authorities forcibly removed him from his home in early May, and he is reportedly being held at a Havana hospital. Coco Fusco, a Cuban-American artist, tells Carol Hills about the artist and the challenge his San Isidro Movement poses to the Cuban government.
