US Secretary of State Antony Blinken joined foreign ministers from seven other Arctic nations and leaders from Indigenous communities at the biennial Arctic Council Ministerial in Iceland on Thursday. The US is once again embracing cooperation in the Arctic after talk of a new era of competition startled allies at the same meeting two years ago.
