Massive protests in Colombia have forced the government to back down on austerity reforms that would have increased taxes on the poor. Demonstrators took to the streets despite COVID-19 spikes in major cities. The World’s Marco Werman speaks with Sergio Guzmán of Colombia Risk Analysis.
