In factories and fishing boats around the globe, millions of people are forced to do work against their will. Advocates say US Customs and Border Patrol could play a crucial role. CBP has started seizing goods made through forced labor, so they can’t come into the US. But, as The World’s Rupa Shenoy reports, critics say CBP isn't being transparent about how it makes decisions.
