Namibian authorities are refusing to provide travel documents to newborn twins, who were born via surrogacy in South Africa, to a gay Namibian couple. The twin girls have been rendered de facto stateless, and remain stuck in South Africa with one of their fathers. Advocates say this is state-sponsored homophobia. The World’s Bianca Hillier reports.
