An immigrant church finds purpose amid Black Lives Matter protests

This month, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota became the new focus of a national debate over policing. Under the backdrop of the Derek Chauvin trial, demonstrators took to the streets to protest the killing of 20-year-old Daunte Wright. Caught in the middle of it all was a small church, founded by immigrants. The World’s Halima Gikandi reports.
