French lawmakers pass bill that restricts videos of police 

French lawmakers passed a bill that could punish anyone sharing images or videos of police officers with the intent to cause “psychological or physical” harm. Critics say the legislation would erode civil liberties and let the police act with impunity, especially against communities of color. The World’s Sarah Birnbaum reports.
