The pandemic in Brazil has emergency rooms throughout the country beyond capacity and the death toll is mounting — 3,800 people died from COVID-19 on Tuesday alone. And at the same time, Michael Fox reports, the country is now in the midst of what many are calling the worst military crisis since the 1970s.
