Biden’s infrastructure plan takes on climate change 

US President Joe Biden is in Pittsburgh on Wednesday unveiling a $2 trillion plan to revamp America’s infrastructure and economy — investing in everything from bridges to roads to utilities. His administration is framing the eight-year spending plan as a program to create jobs, promote racial equity and tackle the climate crisis.
