Words written on ‘The Scream’ painting scrawled by artist himself, tests find
Artist Edvard Munch's "The Scream" is one of the most recognizable paintings in history. It's been discussed, pored over, and gawked at for more than a century. But in the top left-hand corner lies an inscription that is barely visible to the naked eye. Now, following a series of tests, The National Museum of Norway says the words were written by the artist himself. The World's Bianca Hillier has the story.
