Latin American countries move to distribute vaccines

The Colombian government is set to receive its first shipment of vaccines on Monday, getting a shipment of 50,000 from Pfizer. Mexico is struggling to get vaccines into people’s arms. But Chile has already vaccinated some 2 million people. The World’s Jorge Valencia reports on why low- and middle-income countries, such as Colombia, are only now beginning their vaccination process.
