Nigerian farmers beat Shell Oil in The Hague

After 13 years of fighting legal battles, a group of Nigerian farmers in the Niger delta were successful in holding Shell responsible for oil spills on their lands. The verdict came from The Hague Court of Appeal last month. We hear from an advocate for the farmers, Chima Williams, who is a lawyer with Friends of the Earth Nigeria.
