Remembering photographer Corky Lee

Last week, legendary photographer Corky Lee died at the age of 73 as a result of COVID-19. For decades, Lee chronicled the Asian American experience through the lens of his camera. He once said in an interview that every time he took his camera out of his bag, it was “like drawing a sword to combat indifference, injustice and discrimination, trying to get rid of stereotypes.” Host Marco Werman talks with New York-based photographer Alan Chin, who was friends with Lee.
