New Brazilian research On Coronavac effectiveness creates doubts

This week, the Brazilian health research institute involved in the country’s top COVID-19 vaccine, CoronaVac, announced that the drug is actually much less effective than previously reported. Still, many health officials insist it's a good vaccine. This comes amid an already chaotic government response to the pandemic and rising numbers of deaths as Brazil suffers from its second wave.
