Looking ahead on funding for climate change

2020 was the self-imposed deadline for developed countries to pony up $100 billion a year in climate finance, to help developing countries switch to green energy and adapt to the impacts of climate change. Countries don't look to be on track to meet that target. What's worse, only about a fifth of the total funding goes toward helping developing countries protect themselves from a problem they did little to create. The World's environment correspondent Carolyn Beeler reports.
