Based in Spain, the Real Academia Española, or the Royal Spanish Academy, is considered the official arbiter of the Spanish language. But some criticize the academy for moving too slowly to recognize linguistic trends that make Spanish more inclusive.  Reporter Lucia Benavides dug into the controversy.
