Israel and Morocco said Thursday they have agreed to normalize relations. As part of the deal, the US agreed to recognize Morocco’s long-disputed claim over the Western Sahara region. Also, a prosecutor in Lebanon investigating the Beirut port blast in August that killed more than 200 people has charged caretaker Lebanese Prime Minister Hassan Diab and three government ministers with negligence.
