The pandemic has hit Mexico hard. The country ranks fourth — behind the US, Brazil and India — in confirmed deaths from COVID-19. The virus has been bearing down especially hard on the country’s medical personnel, with deadly consequences. Shannon Young reports from Oaxaca.
