In northern Mozambique, a group that claims ISIS ties is spreading violence

Earlier this month, in the Cabo Delgado region of northern Mozambique, fighters who claim ties with ISIS seized nine towns through brutal violence. According to multiple news sources and crisis monitoring groups, there have been more than 50 beheadings in the district of Muidumbe.
