In a move by the Greek government that is virtually unprecedented, an Afghan father was arrested and faces charges of child endangerment after his son drowned. They were aboard a dinghy carrying 25 migrants that capsized in the Aegean Sea off the island of Samos. Host Marco Werman speaks with the father's lawyer, Dimitris Choulis, in Samos.
