On Wednesday night, England went back into lockdown just after midnight. Pubs, restaurants, nonessential shops and places of worship were all closed on Thursday. And, they will stay shut until Dec. 2 to stop the second wave of the coronavirus. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry has the latest from London.
