Many white-collar employees at tech giants continue to work from home. But that is not the case for many of the service workers who support these companies — including janitors, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, and security guards, most of whom are immigrants or people of color. KQED’s Sam Harnett reports on the challenges they face.
