Ireland’s highest court rules Subway bread too sugary to be considered bread

Ireland’s Supreme Court has ruled that the bread used by the fast-food chain Subway contains too much sugar to legally qualify as bread, a “staple food,” for tax purposes. Host Marco Werman speaks to Katy McGuinness, a food writer and restaurant critic based in Dublin.
