At the 9/11 memorial in New York City, families gathered to remember their loved ones who were victims of the attack. Presidential candidate Joe Biden and Vice President Mike Pence were also there commemorating the victims. We hear from Feliciana Oliva Umanzzor, who was at the memorial earlier today with her family. Feliciana lost her daughter, Elsy Carolina Osorio Oliva, in the 9/11 attacks.
