Summer is almost over, kids are heading back to school and in Europe, politicians are back at the Brexit negotiating table. Britain officially left the EU earlier this year, but it still hasn’t figured out the terms of its trade relationship with Europe. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry has more.
